went out the 5th, 6th and 7th.
Friday we got some African Pompano, Ling, Yellow mouth grouper and some non red snapper.
Saturday things were slower but still managed to beat my pending record from 8/23/09 by 1/2 a pound. I sure thought the fish was going to bigger then that. He was 1 inch longer and 3inches wider plus his head just looked a lot bigger. Also got a couple of actual dog snapper and not misidentified gray snapper. Monday shot a hybrid grouper. It looked like a mix between a black and yellow mouth. He had the markings of a black grouper with yellow mouth, red dots and a black groupers fins. I have a pic but it sucks.

That was a cool looking grouper. Part black, part yellowmouth. Next time we will have a better camera.
Current yesterday was ripping at two spots we dove, and then nothing closer in. It has been a great year. Congratulations on breaking your own record!
